I remember being in elementary school and making these little seed bead rings as a gift for our moms for mothers day. You know the ones where you made multiple circles until you had enough that would join together to form a ring. I was so excited about this new craft that I asked my mom for more beads. I think everyone in my family ended up with a ring. I'm pretty sure my mom and grandma still have theirs. That funny little mothers day craft started a passion for jewelry making.

My jewelry has definitely taken on some pretty interesting forms over the years. From simple beads on wire, to delicate wire flowers and gemstones on precious metals. My focus now is on beautifully handcrafted jewelry with attention to detail. I don't keep a large number of items in my shop at one time. Many of my pieces are unique and one of a kind. Some take hours to days to complete. However I'm sure you'll find some beautiful pieces to complement any wardrobe.

I have a passion for learning how things are made and fabricated. If I can't find components I think would make amazing jewelry pieces, I find ways to make them myself. I love how wire can bend, be hammered, and be manipulated into some pretty lovely designs.

My " studio" is a pretty humble one, usually consisting of the couch and a box top. Sometimes the counter top and a tea towel serve as my work bench for hammering and pounding wire. I still use the same dollar store pilers I picked up years ago (as much as these are great I really must up grade these one day). Just goes to show it doesn't take much to make something beautiful.
